Friday Pause and Shift for Changemakers is a monthly 90-minute Friday morning gathering at the Humanity Hub – a facilitated space to pause, reflect, and reconnect at the end of the workweek.
Inspired by Climate Café principles, this is not a workshop, debate, or therapy session. There is no fixing or problem-solving. Instead, we gather to listen, reflect, and share (if we wish) what is alive for us as changemakers navigating complex times.
This space is for social entrepreneurs, NGOs, purpose-driven professionals and anyone seeking grounding, connection, and emotional regeneration.
Come once or come regularly.

Friday Pause and Shift Is:
- A facilitated listening space inspired by Climate Café principles
- A place for honest reflection and shared humanity
- A low-threshold invitation to slow down and reconnect
- Part of a broader culture of regeneration and care within the changemaker ecosystem
Friday Pause and Shift Is Not:
- Therapy or group counselling
- A coaching, training, or skill-building session
- A problem-solving, debating, or action-planning space
- A commitment-based group — attendance is entirely flexible
