1. Agreement
By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Purpose of the app
This app is a community space for sharing ideas, stories, and reflections around art, activism, climate, and social justice.
3. Accounts
- You need to create an account to comment, save, or mark posts as seen.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (EU standard).
4. Community rules
- Respect others — no hate speech, harassment, spam, or harmful content.
- Don’t impersonate someone else.
- Don’t use the app for commercial ads or promotions.
Violating these rules may result in your account being suspended or removed.
5. Content ownership
- You own the content you create (your comments, your profile).
- By posting, you give me permission to display your content within the app.
- I reserve the right to moderate or remove content that breaks community rules.
6. Liability
This app is provided “as is.” I do my best to keep it working smoothly, but I can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.
I’m not liable for damages resulting from use of the app.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time.
I may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law (as I’m based in the Netherlands).
